Respond to the question: Coalition proof equilibria?

08/21/2003 04:56 AM by name withheld; Coalition proof equilibria
Deviations from coalition-proof equilibria (as defined by Peleg, Bernheim, Whinston) must be coalition-proof to deviations by subgroups of the deviating coalition. We want to consider an alternative equilibrium that is coalition-proof also to deviations by MEMBER(S) OF THE DEVIATING GROUP TOGETHER WITH MEMBER(S) OF THE ORIGINAL GROUP OF PLAYERS. What could be the problems with such a definition? And what could be possible solutions?? [Manage messages]
